My Little Lovelies

Oh , how I wish I could stop slacking on this blog...I really, really do. It is just so hard. I'm beginning to accept the fact that this blog is mainly going to be kept up to date with a LOT of pictures and very little text (sorry!). I talk to most of you reading pretty regularly, so I think that is alright. At least I can keep posting pictures! So here are a few from the past couplet of weeks. The picture of Lily is of her looking up at the airplanes, she loves them. The park we are at is close to the airport, so she gets a really good look at them! I just cannot believe Lily actually posed for me a couple of times in some of these. She is so beautiful, but a tad bit camera shy. She always turns her head when I have a camera! I love that she was smiling and looking at the camera for once! I have a couple of really sweet pictures of my niece that stayed with us this weekend too. Oh, I love little girls!

Here is Faith at the park on a pretty day.
 Lily playing in the playroom-
My precious daughters modeling for me-

Okay and here is the realistic picture *Lily running away and Faith getting an attitude*

Can you believe Lily was being so cute?

Isn't Diana precious?

Here is Lily and Nana

We took the girls to breakfast Sunday morning-

And, of course they had to get balloon animals.

Did I say animals? Lily definitely got a sword (exactly what she needs).
Then they had to come home and ride around.

Here they are!

Swimsuits in February

I feel like this post and my last look like they are from the summer, but they are not. They are just from Texas, which is where it is supposed to freeze in a couple of days...crazy. We went to our favorite park again, with Faith's favorite friend Kailee. I was glad she had someone her age to play with this time. They had a ton of fun. I also videotaped Faith and Lily dancing the other morning, if you need a laugh you should surely see this! They are hilarious. Faith's facial expressions combined with Lily's seriously jerky movements....wow, they could cheer up anyone with this. So, I'm hoping it is going to let me post it on here! Here are a few pictures from the park.
Notice Lily in her swim suit this time? I went and bought her one after our last trip there. Just in case she ended up in the newspaper again.

Look at these sweet little best friends...they kind of look like they are choking each other, but they really were laughing.
Enjoying some delicious coconut gelatto and visiting with a puppy.

Walking to the car, but we had to stop and take a picture on top of the hill. I'm not quite sure where this little guy came from...

We had a great day. Everyone is always happier when it's pretty outside and we can play. Certainly makes for a wonderful time. This is probably one of our most favorite spots in the city.
This week we are getting for Faith's Valentines Day party at school. She is more excited about this party than she has been about any of the others. It is so cute to see her anticipating a fun event with her friends. Now I'm going to go work on that video.

Reminiscing and Pictures from the Museum and Carousel

So my friend Jeni (who is an amazing photographer) is the only one that does my girls pictures anymore. She really is awesome, and if you are local, you should try her for sure. Anyway, we both kept forgetting about the pictures she took at the girl's bday party in October and finally got them uploaded this week. No, it doesn't take her months to get your pictures to you, these weren't really planned. She came as a guest, and snapped a couple of pictures. So as I was looking back today, I decided I needed to post some on here. I've been having a hard time keeping up with two blogs, and this one typically falls to the back burner. However, I'm not quitting, just possibly not posting as often as I do to Ruffles N Ribbons! So anyway, here are a few from that- (this first one is my favorite picture of these two little girls)

How sweet are they? Their birthday party was so much fun. We are so very blessed to have such an amazing group of friends and such wonderful family. Can you tell how much they are both enjoying their sweets? Haha, our poor deprived children jump at the chance for sugar!!
This past week Granny came down for a couple of days and we took the girls to the Houston Children's Museum. That museum is most definitely one of the greatest children's museums ever. I have a ton of pictures from that day, but I'll try to narrow it down. They both had so much fun. I think its hilarious how Lily plays with everything all the older children do. She is hardly interested in any baby age activities. She wants to climb on top of everything, put on headbands, and color just like Faith. This is good for places like the museum though, because they can play in the same area. They are both wearing new outfits I made by the way!
Playing with mirrors.

Grocery Shopping

A chef and artist all in one!

Playing at the vet

Driving the police car and playing fire fighter (is this not the most BEAUTIFUL picture of Miss Faith ever?)

And here are a couple of pictures from riding the carousel today. They both love this as well.
Okay, so now that I am done with the picture overload I better go get dinner set up. I used the croc pot today (the best invention ever), so really all I have to do is put it on plates...YAY! Hopefully I won't be away so long this next time! I will also try to have more of a written update on both girls as well! Sorry to be quick!
